Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Yes, we are fully attended so there is always someone at our laundromat who can help you with anything.
We are both! Our machines take coins and the PayRange app. We have a change machine on site.
Yes, we do! We have 60 & 80 pound machines that can wash bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. We are always attended.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold services.
Our minimum for our drop off laundry service is 10 pounds.
All wash and fold orders are done in 24 hours. You will receive a text message when your laundry is complete.
No. We never mix our client's laundry with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery seven days a week.
There is a 20 pound minimum for pickup and delivery orders.

You will get your clean clothes back in 24 hours.
You do not. When you place your order, just let us know what secure location you will be leaving your order so our driver knows where to find it.
No problem! There is a section when you place your order where you can let us know if you have any specific laundry instructions.
No there is not. You are free to cancel service at any time.
Like other online services we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
